Human rights students of Punjab University have written a letter to the Indian supreme court’s Chief Justice outlining the oppressive and unconstitutional manner in which human rights of peaceful protestors are being violated. The letter outlines the issues and then gives plenty of evidential material as appendices. The document is a seminal and historical piece which is a resource for now and the future to assess the developments and outcomes of the #FarmersProtests taking place across India currently.
